This is going to be posted on every travel blog that I can think of. It cost you future business from me and my family and friends and everyone one else that will read this. The unprofessional and down right rude way that I was treated by them, should not be something that you should put up with. I don't know who else you do business with, but I would definitely no longer do business with Prime Time Shuttle. I booked this piece of crap reservation with you, I want you to make sure that my refund is expedited and handled correctly. I called back and requested a refund and they said a full refund would be issued. They proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that they were willing to do and that I should call a cab and proceeded to hangup on me. I asked what I'm I suppose to do, I have a flight to catch and all of my reservations are set in stone. When I asked if another van would be picking me up, they answered no, nothing was available.

There proceeded to inform me that the driver was having mechanical problems (which was bullsh$t) and will not be there. I called Prime Time Shuttle to check the status of my pickup. My family and I were were patiently waiting for our pickup, when 6:26 came and went.
Lets just say that I'm never doing business with you and especially Prime Time Shuttle ever again.
